Disclaimer and Refund Policies
Trip Cancellation / Refund Policy:
Hotel: Please note that there is a $100 per person non-refundable hotel reservation fee. From 90 days to 61 days prior to departure, the hotel will assess a 60% cancellation charge. From 60 days to 31 days prior to departure, the hotel will assess an 85% cancellation charge. From 30 days to day of departure, the hotel will assess a 100% cancellation charge.
Cruise: Please note that there is a $100 per cabin non-refundable application fee. Cruise and airline seats purchased through the cruise line are refundable as per the cancellation policy of the Cruise Line and/or the individual airline. Cruise Line's cancellation policy is as follows: 69-30 days - $250 per person cruise, $100 per person air; 29-8 days – 50% of cruise package price; less than 8 days – 100% of total package price.
Airlines: Airline seats are non-refundable and subject to airline change fees and all rules and regulations adopted by the airline. Please contact the airline for their policy. Dr. Travel, LLC will assess a $25 administrative fee for all canceled airline tickets purchased through Dr. Travel, LLC. An additional $50 fee will be assessed for all Air Jamaica tickets canceled 90 days or less prior to departure. In addition Air Jamaica imposes a $100 penalty on the Feb. 16, 2008 flights from JFK & Newark.
Seminar: There is a $100 cancellation penalty for any course when made greater than 2 weeks prior to the seminar. If a
If a cancellation is made within the 2 weeks prior to the course, no refund will be granted.
