Dr. Walter has received special recognition through numerous awards for all aspects of his career including his teaching prowess and for his published articles. He has lectured extensively throughout the United States and Spain. He has continuously been involved in the forefront of research within the podiatric profession earning him awards and presenting papers at the University of Oxford, England. Dr. Walter has been published numerous times both within podiatric journals and writing chapters within podiatric texts.
